Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website or engaging Stylcetics for any services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our website or services.

Services

Stylcetics provides interior styling and design consultation services, including virtual consultations, in-person styling sessions, room design guidance, and curated shopping assistance. The scope, deliverables, and pricing for each engagement are outlined at the time of booking and confirmed via written communication.

Stylcetics reserves the right to decline any project or inquiry at its sole discretion.

Bookings & Payment

All service bookings require confirmation by Stylcetics before they are considered scheduled. Payment terms are as follows:

Consultation fees are due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.
For multi-session or project-based engagements, a deposit may be required to secure your booking.
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.
Stylcetics reserves the right to update pricing at any time. Confirmed bookings will honor the price agreed upon at the time of booking.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that schedules change. Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Cancellations made 48 hours or more before a scheduled session will receive a full refund or credit.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before a session may be subject to a cancellation fee up to the full session cost.
No-shows will be charged the full session fee.

Stylcetics reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances and will make reasonable efforts to reschedule at a mutually convenient time.

Intellectual Property

All creative work produced by Stylcetics — including mood boards, design concepts, curated shopping lists, layout plans, and written recommendations — remains the intellectual property of Stylcetics until full payment has been received.

Upon receipt of full payment, clients are granted a personal, non-transferable license to use delivered materials for their own residential or stated project use. Deliverables may not be resold, reproduced, or redistributed without written permission from Stylcetics.

All content on the Stylcetics website — including photography, written content, branding, and design — is the sole property of Stylcetics and may not be used without express written consent.

Client Responsibilities

To ensure the best possible outcome, clients are responsible for:

Providing accurate information about the space, budget, and project goals
Sharing relevant photos, measurements, or existing inventory when requested
Communicating feedback promptly to avoid delays
Making purchasing and implementation decisions independently — Stylcetics provides recommendations and guidance, not procurement services, unless explicitly agreed upon

Limitation of Liability

Stylcetics provides interior styling guidance and design consultation. We are not responsible for outcomes resulting from client purchasing decisions, contractor work, or implementation of design recommendations. Our recommendations are advisory in nature.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stylcetics' total liability for any claim arising out of or related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Website Use

You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the site. Unauthorized scraping, copying, or reproduction of any content on this website is strictly prohibited.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Dallas County, Texas.

Changes to These Terms

Stylcetics reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
